Account Management - I do not know if I have an account, how do I find out?

When you go to the log-in screen, there is an option to search for account. Your used ID is the number on your JCC ID Card. You can also search by email address.

I know I had an account on the previous site but I am being told I do not have an account set-up?

Account Management - I am JCC member, do I automatically have an online account?

No. You need to sign up for a JCC online account. Your online account will reflect your membership status and include everyone on your account. However, we suggest all adults in your household sign up for their own account.

Account Management - On Family Management site, not all of my family members are there and/or wrong person on my account. How do I change this?

Please contact our Membership Office at xxx-xxx-xxxx to add members to your household. You can add people online but these users will not qualify for membership discounts if our membership office does not process them.

Registration - I am a member but I am only seeing the non-member price when I am logged in

Please contact our Membership Office at xxx-xxx-xxxx to assure that the email you are loggen in with is the one associated with your membership account.

Account Management - Can I make changes or freeze my membership online?

At this time, all changes to your membership need to be handled through our Membership Department. You can call xxx-xxx-xxxxx or email xxx-xxx-xxxx to discuss freezes and membership changes.

Registration - How do I apply discounts online?

During the checkout process, there is an "enter discount" code here.

General - Do you share my contact information with a third party?

No. We do not sell or share our mailing lists with anyone.

Account Management - How do you store my credit card information so that it is secure?

We use PayPal????

Registration - Can I cancel a class I signed up for online and if so how?

Yes? Go into "my account" on the top right of the page. Click on "???". From there you can cancel a class.
