We offer specialized training for teens, triathletes, seniors, and new and expectant parents
JCC members receive a complementary fitness evaluation and a discounted price on Personal Training
The JCC offers small-group training, in which 2 to 4 people work with a trainer at once. It’s less expensive, and a great way to learn how to train properly
Unlike other clubs, membership is not required to participate in Personal Training.
