Our Endurance Workout is geared towards swimmers that want to continue working on their endurance and proper stroke technique. Our Competitive Training Workout is for swimmers that want to also learn how do competitive starts and turns and other racing skills to potentially try-out for the JCC Thunderbirds Swim Team. All Swim Like a Fish Swim Club swimmers participate in a Sunday class from 12:30-1:30pm.
