Yoga for Bone Health and Osteoporosis
This class is designed for anyone 35 and older interested in maintaining bone health and avoiding osteopenia and osteoporosis. Cathy Lilly, E-RYT500, will take students through Dr. Loren Fishman's recommended protocols from his 6+ year old "Yoga vs. Osteoporosis" clinical research. A number of study participants doing selected yoga poses have had improved scores in their second year DEXA scans. Cathy has been credited as instrumental in this progress through her teachings at Dr. Fishman's medical office. Limited to 12 (more)REGISTER

Join us on the roof of the JCC at sunset for a yin yoga class. Yin yoga is a great complement to summer activities such as running, biking, swimming, or weight training.
