Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program
This program is designed by a select group of physicians and arthritis health professionals under the direction of the National Arthritis Foundation’s Patient and Community Services Committee. The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program is a recreational program that uses gentle movements to help increase joint flexibility, range of motion and maintain muscle strength. With both recreational and social components this program has been shown to reduce pain, stiffness, and provide a comfortable and friendly environment in pursuit of wellness. This program is sponsored by a generous grant from New York State and is brought to you by the Arthritis Foundation, New York Chapter in collaboration with the JCC of Manhattan. (more)REGISTER
