Russian Language Programs (4-10 Yrs)

School Age Russian Speaking Programs

Russian Shabbat Club 4-5 Years

This highly acclaimed weekly Shabbat program narrows in on an overarching theme of Shabbat chosen by the program's young participants. The program is taught in a warm and friendly environment with native Russian-speaking early childhood educators and features visual arts, storytelling, dramatic play, and much more! The class concludes each week with candle-lighting, challah, and grape juice in celebration of Shabbat.  Winter/Spring classes start Jan 10.

Shabbat Ceramics 6-10 Years

Russian-speaking children are invited to explore clay as they make beautiful holiday and Shabbat pieces in our ceramics studio with beloved teaching artist Anya Marfin! Young sculptors will roll up their sleeves and plunge into the basic ceramic techniques to make beautiful creations that will endure for years to come. The program culminates in a Shabbat celebration with candles, grape juice, and challah. Winter/Spring classes start Jan 10.
