Infants + Young Children
Connect as a community, make memories, and establish traditions through our classes, family programming, and celebrations.
The Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan cares deeply about quality and has strong staff with vast knowledge of early childhood education and progressive learning experiences. Additionally, the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan is a nonprofit organization, so when a family takes classes here, the fees go back into the organization to support community programming and provide memorable experiences to different constituent groups at the JCC. At the JCC, you’ll find a wide array of developmentally appropriate, fun, and engaging classes for young children.
We offer Swim, Tumbling, Sports, Cooking, Music, Dance, Art, Pre-Nursery, and Jewish Life programs. The Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan believes that it is most important to nurture each child's unique personality and offer them experiences to explore, discover, play, grow, and connect.
Registration for winter/spring is now open.
Most semester-long classes can accommodate new students after the start of the season if space is still available. Some restrictions may apply.

The purpose of the Infants + Young Children Committee is to bring together parents with children from birth-4 years to enhance and improve the JCC experience for families with young children. We are a sounding board to the staff as well as liaisons to the community, and we volunteer on various projects or tasks throughout the year.
In addition to working toward broader institutional goals, we also create connections within our micro-community and develop a network of friends with whom we share the journey of parenting.
