Learn exercises to improve balance, strength, and spinal alignment, allowing you to maintain and regain bone density. Following this plan will also reduce your risk of osteopenia and osteoporosis, based on clinical research and Cathy's decade long work on the Yoga vs. Osteoporosis study.

Class size limited to 12.
