In Person. A rhythmic and joyful movement class that works muscles and joints when sitting or standing, to sing and shout, get up and sit down, lift and reach, bend and balance. All class postures and patterns use the same movement principles appropriate and necessary to safely participate in activities of daily living, reduce stress, and build confidence and independence. Class is designed to accommodate participants and can be done seated or standing, using the chair, if at home–using a desk or table for stability). Participants must be able to transfer to a chair. Caregivers are invited and encouraged to participate.

Instructor: Linda Rose Iennaco
