In Person. Utilizing water as a form of resistance training, this class incorporates big movements to increase joint mobility, resistance tools to build strength and cardio drills to increase stamina. Take gravity out of the equation by working in the water to improve abilities for life on land. Participants must be comfortable in 4 feet-deep water and be able to enter the pool deck and pool with minimal assistance as well as walk forward, backward, and sideways while supported in the pool.
